Vaelis
INSTITUTIONAL POLICYEFFECTIVE: JULY 2026

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern user and institutional access to Vaelis Group's cognitive infrastructure, intent translation APIs, and visual simulation environments.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or integrating software developed by Vaelis Group—including Maren, Vaelis Studio, our enterprise APIs, and open-source SDKs—you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent an institutional entity, you warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

02. Nature of Software (Non-Custodial)

Vaelis Group software is strictly analytical and cognitive infrastructure. Our platforms provide natural language intent parsing, simulation sandboxes, and transaction bundling assistance across Web2 cloud services and Web3 decentralized networks.

Vaelis Group is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment advisor, exchange, or financial custodian. Users and institutions retain absolute sovereign control over their private keys and are solely responsible for verifying and signing any transaction bundle prior to network broadcast.

03. Intent Parsing & Verification

Our cognitive engines compile unstructured human language into structured execution workflows. While we implement deterministic pre-execution simulation and zero-knowledge verification boundaries to prevent state-space errors, users acknowledge that external blockchain networks, third-party liquidity pools, and cloud APIs operate independently of Vaelis Group.

Vaelis Group does not guarantee the completion, pricing, or finality of any transaction executed on third-party decentralized networks or external web protocols.

04. Intellectual Property & Licenses

All proprietary neuro-symbolic reasoning algorithms, formal verification specifications, UI frameworks, and visual trademarks remain the exclusive property of Vaelis Group.

Certain client SDKs and cryptographic boundary proofs are made available under open-source licenses (such as MIT or Apache 2.0). Where open-source licenses apply, terms of the respective license shall govern use of those specific components.

05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaelis Group and its research syndicate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from protocol downtime, network forks, third-party smart contract vulnerabilities, or user error during private key signing.
